Stock photo of the Big Sable Point lighthouse at the Ludington State Park, Ludington, Michigan. The lighthouse was built in 1867. The lighthouse structure itself is 112 feet tall. The original lens was a third order Fresnel lens which was removed in 1985 and is now housed in a Ludington museum. The lighthouse was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
